This song has been coming up for me a lot lately.  I did so love 'The Facts of Life' show, yup, dating myself...Today starting with a warm and fuzzy and ended with a cold and ugly, all in result to my line of work.  I absolutely adore the children and the familiesI work with.  However I sometimes encounter a family whose anger so permeates their world that it spills into mine.  I don't like it, I know I can't change it.
