I've had this image in my room for years, it's an old Mary Engelbreit print...so what do I want for Christmas? Yes of course I would like my annual stocking stuffed full of little luxuries and treats but aside from that I ask for Stewardship. Animal Stewardship in whatever form is best for the giver, i.e. adopt a rescue animal if you can, donate to some fabulous cause from farm animals, sanctuaries, wildlife organizations to the S.P.C.A. Buy a farm or adopt a hamster or hug an animal (little brothers and other wild folk do not count as animals regardless of similarities). Become a vegetarian or vegan for life or a week, do something big or small it all helps.
